The navigation is straightforward, and I never felt like I was getting lost in a maze of menus or popups. One thing I really liked was how easy the actual donation process was. I picked an amount, entered my card info, and within maybe thirty seconds I had a confirmation email in my inbox. It really was that simple. I also noticed you can add a little tip to help support the platform, which is optional, and I think that is a nice transparent way of handling fees rather than hiding them somewhere in fine print. That said, the customization for the campaign pages could definitely use some work. I browsed a few different fundraisers, and while some looked really polished with great photos and clear stories, others felt kind of bare bones and templated.     Tricky on mobile
